During my Bundanon Trust Residnecy I spent time in Arthur Boyds Studio. I was interested in its floor, in particular the splatters of paint that create an abstract tapestry underfoot. I took lots of photographs and video of the floor and Arthur's paint palette and projected them onto the Homestead during my last few nights on the residency. These images document the effect of Boyd's artistic and unseen residue onto the textured surface of the Homestead's eastern stone wall. The projections transform the Homestead, giving it a painterly abstract quality that is partly grafetti-like in its application albeit temporary..
