Sessions combine holistic and wellness techniques such as Vinyasa, Tadasana and Shivasana (yoga) with cardio and anaerobic exercises

Meet Kangaroo Point Lookout, River Terrace (directly opposite the Mormon Church)
 

Wear comfortable exercise clothing, good sneakers and bring water and a towel
